We have had a slight delay in our new fitness courses for home study. In a few short weeks will be offering the following courses; Sports Nutritionist, Body Composition Specialist, and Fitness Assessment Specialist.

AFTA has now teamed up with global-fitness.com to offer our trainers and visitors more articles, fitness tools, and other new features. This will be completed in the next week or so. Please come back to see all the new features that will be offered.

We will now be listing websites on our site of those who submit them to us. If you have a website and would like it placed on our site, send us an email.

It has been exciting since our start. The industry keeps growing and so have we. Our online courses have been updated to provide the most credible and informative fitness education offered on the web. Last fall we introduced the home study personal trainer II course. This course has been compiled exceptionally well and it is the most in depth home study personal training course offered today. After trainers complete this course, clients feel very comfortable about the knowledge that their trainer has acquired.

We have added two new fitness articles sections to our site. The most exciting section is for AFTA trainers to submit their own articles relating to nutrition, equipment safety, experiences in training, new theories, and numerous other areas that pertain to the health and fitness field. We ask that you submit as many articles as you desire. Please understand that not all articles will be published.

It has been exactly one year since that start of the AFTA supplement line. Our first product DYNA-LEAN, did exceptionally well. Now we have added four additional products including the new HGH Complex Spray. We intend to expand our supplement line and hit the mainstream before summer of 2004. Look for new products such as Fish Oil, Creatine, Joint Complex, and more.
