Mail Orders

We accept personal/business checks and money orders through the mail. Nothing will be shipped until checks have cleared our bank.

Home Study

Our home study courses are shipped the next business day after your order is received. Our shipping method for this is 2-3 Day U.S. Priority Mail.

Online

After enrolling in the online course(s), you will receive your login user name and password by email. After completing the course(s) and receiving a passing grade, your certificate packet is mailed out within 5-7 business days. The shipping method for this is 2-3 Day U.S. Priority Mail.

Supplements

If you order any supplements with a home study course they will ship together. All other supplement orders are shipped the same or next day that your order is received. The shipping method for this is 2-3 Day U.S. Priority Mail.

Refund Policy

Home Study

With our home study courses we offer a 100% 30 day money back guarantee. The refund will be minus the cost for us shipping the course to you. The entire courses MUST be received undamaged within 30 days of receiving your order. If we receive the course back damaged or after the 30 day time frame we will return the course back to you without the refund.

Online

Our online course(s) are non-refundable. Please understand this before you enroll. It would be too easy for someone to enroll, receive their login information, print the material, and then ask for a refund. Even though we would like to , we are not fortunate enough to offer this study and reference material for free.

Supplements

As with our home study courses, we offer a full 100% 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with one of our products, simply send the unused portion back with a written request. Once again we need to receive the unused portion and your request within 30 days of receiving your order. If a shipping charge applies, you will not receive a refund on it.
